Returns & Exchanges
At MSM Fight Shop, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. Items such as mouthguards, protective cups, and compression gear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or visit our Miami retail location with your order number and receipt to start the return or exchange process.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in its original box. If shipping back to us, include a copy of your invoice and send the package using a trackable shipping method to our warehouse address.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 3-5 business days.
